Infrastructure Education & Training Charitable Trust - March 2026 Funding Eligibility Criteria

Your organisation must be:

  1. Energy and Infrastructure Industry Skills Board; or
  2. Connexis; or
  3. Entities working in partnership with the above organisations; and
  4. Entities providing scholarships, grants or similar to individuals who are in vocational training on an Infrastructure related qualification; or
  5. Entities working within the Infrastructure sector.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Organisations noted in numbers 4 and 5 above, need to be operating in partnership with the Energy and Infrastructure Industry Skills Board or Connexis, and must be based within the infrastructure sectors of Civil Constructions, Waters, Energy and Telecommunications.
  • Grants paid will not exceed $1,000,000 in a calendar year.
  • There is a maximum of $500,000 per each grant.
  • Total annual grants to organisations that provide scholarships, grants or similar to individuals shall not exceed $150,000 in a calendar year.
  • All funding is GST exclusive.

Any applications with the following circumstances will not be considered.

  • Incomplete or late applications
  • Retrospective funding
  • Applications from individuals
  • Financial Statements for Charitable Organsations that do not comply with the Reporting Standards set by DIA - Charities Services. You must attach the same completed financial statements you used with your latest Charities Filing return.
